One of my favorite quotes from a movie reads “How you live your life is your business, just remember, our hearts and our bodies are given to us only once".
These words struck a chord and cemented my decision to focus on understanding my body both mentally and physically and spreading that knowledge so that others like me can live full, healthy, happy lives! I have built a healthy obsession with cycle syncing and hormonal health and if I look back through the years, this interest began with some excruciatingly, painful, heavy, irregular periods, stubborn weight gain, and digestive issues in my early 20’s. After going through a long journey of reclaiming my health back, I am now on a different journey - to help women understand their bodies so they can feel confident, productive, energetic, and aligned.
