To help and reduce symptoms of PMS and help balance your hormonal health I’d like to share with you my favorite juice recipe. It’s got all the nutrients to help you have a less painful period.
The juice recipe includes beets and I gotta give a special shout-out to beets. I know some of you aren’t huge fans of beets but beets have been proven to boost serotonin which in turn prevent moodiness and fatigue, and when mixed with other ingredients you can barely taste it.
Have this juice a few times a week leading to your period.
