What's it like to work with me?

 

 

A bit about me:

I am a certified women’s health coach and TEDx speaker and I help women restore hormonal balance, ditch medications and feel great in their bodies.

What's my approach?

First, we will have a health consultation for which you just need to carve out a 40 minutes and I will take care of the rest. I will ask you about your goals and will tell you exactly what you need to do to reach them.

 

I don't do "quick fixes", everything you will get from me is focused on long-term health.

 

I use a root cause approach, meaning we won't be addressing just symptoms, I will help you get to the bottom of the root cause of your health issues so you can heal it once and for all.

 

I don't believe in any specific diets or restrictions, I KNOW from working with many women that female body thrives on abundance of proper nourishment.

 

I will teach you exactly how to keep hormones balance, I will equip you with tools to effectively manage stress and support your health long-term.

  1. I was born in the USSR! At the age of 17, we moved to Canada. I am a dual citizen.
  2. Travel is in my blood, I have visited 45 countries and counting.
  3. I went to an all-girls school for 7 years yet ironically enough I gravitated towards simple male friendships :)
  4. I am the older sister and my younger sister, deffo had it easier! Shout out to all older sisters out there!
  5. If I had to choose one cuisine for the rest of my life. It would be Japanese, honestly sushi for days.

My favourite TV show of all time is "Friends", their humour is timeless.

My background is in tech marketing and advertising and I worked for various companies across Canada and the UK.

I don't scare easily and act surprisingly calm under pressure.

Meditation has changed my life, I have gotten into mediation just over a year and a half ago and have not missed a single day since. I am healthier for it!
